A well-known accredited college is seeking Remote Call Center Representatives to join its Financial Aid support team. If you're tech-savvy, dependable, and eager to help students navigate their educational journey, we want to hear from you!
As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for students with questions about financial aid and FAFSA. Your role will involve answering incoming calls, providing clear guidance, and delivering excellent customer service-all from the comfort of your home.
Standard Schedule (Monday-Friday):
Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday-Thursday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access
Proficiency with Zoom and Microsoft Outlook
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Must be organized, punctual, and empathetic
$18/hour
